In the arts of drawing and painting I see myself as a self-taught. I placed my first steps in these arts in my childhood, when I attended primary and secondary school and some of my teachers appreciated my interest in drawing and painting and asked me to paint about particular subjects for using in the classroom as audiovisual material, as well as for decorating other areas of the School, also commissioned me a copy the Madonna del Granduca by Raphael Sanzio (1505) and other of Madonna of the Pinks, attributed to Raphael too, on formats to almost 200 cm. ,that were exhibited at the Educational Center "Santa María Goretti, located in Guatire town, in order to commemorate the devotion to the Virgin Mary, by May 1963 and 1964. In 1996, I returned to my artistic activity, and painted some pictures, using acrylic technique, with which I participated in a few exhibitions. Never the less, because my tasks as a lawyer, academic and other public responsibilities that I have done along my life, I have been unable to spend the time required for this activity; how ever, It remained into my dreams, that some day I would devote my best time and my creativity on the practice the art of drawing and painting. Finally, since late 2010, I am strongly devoted to my arts activity, with great enthusiasm and, in order to improve my technique, I have participated in workshops in drawing and painting in the “Casa de la Cultura” de Tres Cantos, Madrid, where I live now. Currently I am participating in several group exhibitions and some virtual ones. I am sure that soon I will be able to make some announcements that will complement my artistic career .
